She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Kanz and Lucille Kanz (Kohner); her son Paul; her siblings, Robert, Thomas, Richard Kanz and Elizabeth Younger; and her siblings-in-law, Oliver Younger, Thomas Heim, James Paszkiewicz, Jan Kanz, Audrey Ellinghuysen, Shirley Nagle, Elaine Jick, Phyllis O'Reilly and Lois Makay.
She is survived by: her husband John Mayzek; her children, Kevin Mayzek, John Mayzek, Jr., Lisa Thomas (James) and James Zahorsky (Mary); her grandchildren, Krista, Kendra, Trey, Sierra (Isaiah), James, Austin (Arianna), Andrew and Jackie; her sisters, Geraldine Sturgis (Darrell), Olivia Heim, Donna Daley (Pat) and Mary Paszkiewicz; and her siblings-in-law, Nadine Kanz, Betty Kanz and James Mayzek. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
