He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel R. Sr. Davis and Ruthie Conley Davis; his wife Wilma Elaine Nye; his daughter Janet; and his grandchildren, Shannon and Sean.
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Edie), Robert (Linda), Karen Nelson (John), Kristine Wyszynski, Judy Becker (Martin) and Jean Bridge; and his grandchildren, Robert, Daniel, Joseph, Patrick, Samantha, Sarah and Danielle. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
