He was predeceased by : his parents, John Holzer and Amanda Holzer (Fix); his parents-in-law, Bob and Dolly Stephens; his siblings, Judy Schellhammer (Jerry), John Holzer (Sue) and Lynn Benedict; and his in-laws, Rachel Pflughoeft, Tom Stephens, Sara Fabian, Sharon Martin, Bill Wise and Barbara Holzer.

He is survived by : his son Lance Lester Holzer; his friends, Jack, Mark, Rich of Tom, JR, Don, Marty, Bob and Del; his wife Tess Holzer; his granddaughter Alexia Holzer; his siblings, Mary Daley (Jerry), Bob Holzer, Kay Wise, Rich Holzer (Linda), Pat Marcil, Will Holzer and Deb Harnish (Doug); and his in-laws, Paula Stephens, David Martin and Ken Fabian. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
