He was predeceased by: his brothers, Richard and John Edward; his nephew Jeffery Rosenow; and his parents, John Rudolf and Norma Esther Fratzke (Prigge).
He is survived by: his wife Carole Jeanne Fratzke (Thompson); his children, Kate, Ben and JD; his grandchildren, Nina Fratzke, Marco and Sasha Rauchman; his sister Janice Rosenow (Fratzke); and his children-in-law, Lisa Anderson Fratzke and Daniel Rauchman.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests donations be made to Emplify Hospice Care or local wetlands restorations projects, plant a tree, or donate to an organization you feel would honor David Leon Fratzke's vision of a better world.
