She was predeceased by: her parents, Harriet Smith and John Schreiber, Sr.; her stepfather Eldridge Smith (Smitty); and her siblings, Richard, Leonard (Pat), Paul (Ruthann), John Schreiber (Sue) and Irene Forster (George).
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela (Abdelkader) and Tabitha; her husband John Simon (Jack); her grandson Anthony Bruguier; her daughters, Behdis and Nour Boudali; her siblings, Mary Moham (Larry), Cheryl Lange (Robert), Kenneth Schreiber (Betty) and Timothy Smith (Lori); and her pets, Cho-Cho, Sebastian, Data and Meeko. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
