It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Rick of Winona, Minnesota, who passed away on June 23, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Vernis (Frederick); and her brother Charles Severin. She is survived by: her close friends, David Girod, Ellen Enright, Rita Grenison and Margie White.

There will be a private family memorial service due to Covid-19.

“As. Child, living on Main Street in Einina, my father and I often walked to the Lake to band concerts, to watch tennis games and play at the playground. But nothing was as wonderful as my dad stopping to visit with Dirithybwho I thought was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen. I recall her big fish, her lovely artwork and my fathers friendship with her! It was magical to reconnect with her in recent years at lunch every Tuesday at the Methodist church where I volunteer when I’m in town.”
