He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sons, Don (Sue) and Scott (Lori); his grandchildren, Devon (Garrett), Nicole (Jake), Melissa (Darreon) and Josie (Adam); and his siblings, LaVerne (Marlene) and LeAnn. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
