He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Joseph Capek and Patricia Barbara Capek (Schommer). He is survived by: his wife Molly Roeder of Rochester, MN; his brother Charles Capek (Kate) of Schererville, IN; and his stepmothers, Mary Ellen S. Capek (Sue Hallgarth) of Corrales, NM and Barbara L. Lindheim of New York City. He is also survived by many cousins and loving friends.
