He is survived by: his wife Deanna E. Siegel; his sons, Greg Ratajczyk, John Ratajczyk (Joy), Scott Ratajczyk (Tonya) and Dr. Michael Ratajczyk (Stacey); his siblings-in-law, Ginnee, Jani, Debi and Greg Fye; his cousin Judy Morrison; and his friend Bill Schultz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
