She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Gaulke and Elsa Gaulke (Lundt); her husband Charles Harkness; her son Richard; her siblings, Lenora, LeRoy, Dorothy, Marcella and John; her nephew Dale; and her great-niece Tiffany.
She is survived by: her son David; and her sister-in-law Ilse Pielmeier. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
