Spalding of Winona, Minnesota, born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 30, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Dominic Therring and Helen Therring (Tillman); her siblings, Robert Therring and Rita; and her brothers-in-law, Vilas Helwig and Raymond Spalding.

She is survived by : her husband Roger D. Spalding; her sons, Scott Spalding (Jenny) and Tim Spalding (Diane); her grandchildren, Zane, Taylor, Dylan, Ryan, Averi, Josh and Michael; her sisters, Mary Therring and Debbie Wise (Mike); and her brother-in-law Robert Spalding. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

The family respectfully asks that memorials be directed to the Winona Health Foundation.
