Elroy A. Gaedy Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on October 31, 2025, at the age of 90, Elroy A. Gaedy (Winona, Minnesota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ewald Gaedy and Adelia Gaedy (Jeske); his siblings, Willard Gaedy, Howard Gaedy and Mary Flad; his father-in-law Albert (Annie Cordes); and his siblings-in-law, Hubert Cordes, Albert Cordes, Jr. and Evelyn Thorud.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cordes of John's Lutheran Church; his children, Steve (Kathie), Bryan Gaedy (Beth) of Winona, MN and Merle Gaedy (Heidi) of Roseville, MN; his grandchildren, Daniel Gaedy, Madie Gaedy and Theo Gaedy; his sister Elverna Matthees (Don); and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Gaedy, Ruth Cordes and Steve Flad. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorials be directed to Grace Ev. Lutheran Church in Ridgeway.
