With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn L Luinstra of Winona, Minnesota, born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on November 16, 2020 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Moncrief and Laura Moncrief (Friedrich); her husband Donald Luinstra; her daughter Lynette Rossin; and her brothers, Bill, Bob and George Moncrief.

She is survived by: her children, Duane (Kay) of Rochester, MN, Dennis (Judy) of Rockford, IL and Linda Hermes (Bill) of Manchester, IA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. Martin's Lutheran School, Winona, MN.
