He is survived by: his father Benedict Kotlarz; his sons, Mark Kotlarz, Craig Kotlarz and Paul Kotlarz; his grandchildren, Gavin Birr, Kendra Kotlarz, Evan Kotlarz and Tessa Kotlarz; his siblings, Kevin Kotlarz, Beverly Arnoldy (David) and Nancy Borchert; and his sister-in-law Sherry Kotlarz. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, relatives, and friends.
