We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2023, at the age of 70, James L. Lorenz of Winona, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Lorenz and Mildred Lorenz (Rotering); and his niece Moira. He is survived by : his wife Ellen Weis; his sons, Jesse Lorenz and Ian Lorenz (Michelle); his grandchildren, Alexander, Ethne and Kael; his brother Gregory Lorenz; his in-laws, Mary Smith (Marv), Thomas Weis (Mary) and Jane Weis (William Nelson); and his nieces and nephews, Travis, Thomas, William, Kieran, Alexander, Emma, Cora, John and Kate. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
