She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanchard Gardner and Elsie Gardner (Fagerness); her sister Dorothy Brom (Gardner); her brother-in-law Leo; and her nephew Erik Brom.
She is survived by: her aunt Armella; her cousins, Ralph, Lillian Addison, Lois, Mike Moheban, Gerry and Colleen Fagerness; her close friends, Norma Grausnick, Dorothy McCabe, Kay Whetstone and Nancy Gaulke; her niece-in-law Jodi Brom; her great-niece Emily Smithley (Philip Smithley) of Winona; Lola Smithley, Oliver Smithley and Cathy (Cam) of Canada.
