He is survived by: his mother Celia June (Wehling); his wife Stacey Smithe; his sons, Kirby Maxey (Jessica) and Erik Smithe (Bailey); his stepdaughters, Shania and Bianca Mueller; his grandchildren, Soren Maxey, Leyla and Hattie Smithe; his stepparents, Dale LeMense and Sandra Smithe; his brother Jason Smithe (Stella); and his half-siblings, Mark LeMense (Elizabeth) and Deborah (Frank DiNuzzo). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
