He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Kluzik and Verna Kluzik (Janikowski); his wife Judith "Judy" Senstad; and his siblings, Stanley, Richard, Ronald Kluzik and Teresa Schewe.
He is survived by: his children, Wendy Passehl and Gary Kluzik (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jessica Losinski (Jason), Jennifer Passehl, Jamie Drummond (Mike), Julia Althoff (Scott), Kassandra Prigge (Ben) and Karissa Hackbarth (Ethan); and his great grandchildren, Alexia, Breanna, Matthew, Dylan, Sophia, Victoria, Noah, Caleb and Maya. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be directed to a charity of choice.
