She is survived by: her sons, Terry and Mike Kubis (Kim); her granddaughters, Olivia Swiderski (Kyle) and Savannah Kubis (Colin Fakler); her great grandchildren, Karley and Avery Swiderski; and her siblings, Ronald Speltz (LaVonne), Arthur Speltz, John Speltz (Charlotte), Ruth Roffler (Chris) and Robert Speltz (Susan).
