He is survived by: his wife Annie; his sons, Hunter Gierok (Sarah Lemke) and Noah Gierok; his mother Evelyn Gierok (Ron Henderson); his sisters, Mary Mugan (Mark), Paula Mohr and Kelly Fisher; and his nieces, Casandra Opkis, Brandi Opkis and Amanda Opkis. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
