He is survived by: his sisters, Sherry Duffy (Dave) and Debbie Dulek (Bill); his nieces and nephews, Cassie Eaton (Wayne), Stacy Carlsrud (Nathan), Jennifer Mrozek (Rob) and Travis Kostner (Amy); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaylie, Miah, Madeline, Berklee and Journee. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
