He was predeceased by: his parents, Willmar Pope and Helen Pope (Ballman); his in-laws, Harold R. and Ione Manuel; his siblings-in-law, Gayla Clemons and Mike Manuel; his great grandchild Harper Petters; Robert Crutchfield.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra (Manuel) of Hardiger's Dance Hall; his daughters, Kathleen Pope (Rob McColl), Lisa Pope (Ron Chladek) and Jody Johnson (Eric); his siblings, Carol Frantz (Tony) and Bill Pope (Mary); his sister-in-law Susan Manuel; his grandchildren, Lucy Pope Gerhardt (Adam), Jon Karl Petters (Megan), Karina Jordan (Ryan), Anna Petters and Max Johnson (Jacqueline); his great grandchildren, Avery, Jack, Walker Petters, Aesha Petters Rodriguez and Kalvin Jordan; and his cousin John Griep. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
