He was predeceased by: his father Charles Ellison Willliams Sr. (Pomeroy); his stepfather Allen F. Forhan; his sister Delores Marie Schweitzer (Williams); his sister-in-law Beth Forhan; and his nephews, Tyler Forhan and Michael Forhan (Sara).
He is survived by: his partner Dana Smith; his brothers, Charles E. Williams Jr. (Wendi), Allen F. Forhan (Deanna), Millard F. Forhan (Dawn) and Archie F. Forhan (Beth); and his nieces and nephews, Charles Williams 3rd, Robert Williams, Casey Sutter (Willams), Dusty Williams, Brent Williams, Candy Williams, Richard Schweitzer Jr., Katie Schweitzer, Kari Forhan, Justin Forhan, Alissa Forhan, Joshua Forhan, Timothy Forhan and Nicole Hoffman (Forhan).
