He was predeceased by : his parents, John Brang and Madeleine Brang (Wilson); his sisters, Shirley Pelowski (Jim) and Donna Bergan (Ron); and his father-in-law Harry Kramer.

He is survived by : his close friend Ruth Kramer; and his nephews, Tommy and Fritz.
