She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lane and Joan Lane (Cisewski); her husband Darrel D. Jacob; and her brother John Lane. She is survived by: her son Dale Jacob (Dana); her grandchildren, Makayla Jacob and Mason Jacob; and her siblings, Steve Lane, Sue Starr and Cliff Couch.
