Stephen T. Allard Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on September 16, 2022, at the age of 59, Stephen T. Allard of Winona, Minnesota, born in Manchester, New Hampshire passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stephen T. Allard to pay them a last tribute.
He is survived by: his parents, Maurice Allard and Joan Allard (Tierney) of Manchester, NH; his daughter Katherine Allard; and his siblings, David Allard (Elizabeth) of Mesa, AZ, Donna Doherty (David) of Orland, ME and Barbara Ciarla of Concord, NH. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews; and his students, closest friends.
