We announce the death of Steven M. Stampka of Winona, Minnesota, who passed away on July 6, 2026, at the age of 70. Steven will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Stampka and Jean Stampka (Mueller); and his parents-in-law, Harold and Judy Rackow. He is survived by: his wife Tamera Rackow; his daughters, April Hanson (Lee), Tanya DeGrande (Pete) and Stephanie Stampka; his grandchildren, Nikolas Stampka (Elli), Nathan Pleasanton, Hannah Pleasanton, Jazmine Gardiner (Cameron), Jayme Hanson, Nicholaus Hanson, Jarin Hanson and Tina DeGrande; his great grandchildren, Drake, Dakotah and Ryder; his pets, Smokey, Minnie, Freedom, Gizmo and Molly; his brothers, Gary Stampka (Janet), Dale Stampka (Helen) and Ken Stampka (Mary); and his sisters-in-law, Vicky Rackow, Lois Becker (Shawn), Kathy Pelowski (John) and Kim Kotlarz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
