He is survived by: his children, Chuck Czaplewski (Kelly) of Appleton, WI, Kim Czaplewski of Winona and Nick Czaplewski (Jennifer) of Eden Prairie, MN; his grandchildren, Katherine, Jack, Rudy, Claire and Sam Czaplewski; his sister Kathy Olsen; his siblings-in-law, Karen Solberg, Bonnie Czaplewski and Mike Morgan; and his nieces and nephews, Ellie Garbina, Susan Morgan, Tina Kearney, Ann Olsen, Terri Hansen, Amy Czaplewski, Adam Solberg and Billy Olsen.
