He is survived by: his children, Michael Graham (Kristen), Christopher Graham, Andrew Graham and Julie Thomas; and his grandchildren, Mindy Yahnke (Greg), Matthew Graham (Rikki Wackershauser), Ryan Graham (Dolly), Nichole Graham (Joe Napieralski), Brent Graham, Matthew Thomas (Shannon), Sarah Miller (Kevin) and Jacob Graham (Isabela). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.

The family requests memorials be directed to St Mary's Catholic Church of Winona or Winona Area Hospice in Tom's honor.
