She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond B. Radtke and Fanchon D. Radtke (Erickson); her brother Jesse Collins; her brother-in-law Lonnie Lenzen; her niece Amanda Poppy; and her nephew Dane Schultz.
She is survived by: her siblings, Renee Kauffman of Lester Prairie, Charlie Radtke (Sandy) of Winsted, Yolanda Lenzen of Winsted, Robin Kerkvliet (Frank) of Lester Prairie, LuCinda Schultz of Chanhassen, Rawelin Radtke (Kim) of Lester Prairie and Jennifer Gilbertson (John) of Excelsior. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
