He was predeceased by: his father Harlan E. Leistikow. He is survived by: his wife Lorna; and his children, Ben (Kit), Kelsey (Mike), Kayla Sam (Scott), Ryan, Raya (Raymond), Judy, Brother Brian (Dianna) and Kathy (Rob). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
