Allen left this world on June 20, 2025 at the age of 97, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his significant other Doris "Dorie" Shepersky (Meyer); his parents, A. Duane Shepersky and Ruth Shepersky; his brother Richard Shepersky (Irene); and his siblings-in-law, Clarence Meyer (Dona), Belva Blue (George) and Raymond Meyer.

He is survived by: his daughters, Judith Stocker (Alan), Deborah Bronk (John), Linda Millington and Patricia Hegarty (Chris); his grandchildren, Angela Firnstahl (David), Nathan Bronk, Adam Stocker, Michelle O'Donnell, Eric Stocker, David Hegarty, Ryan Millington and Megan Hegarty; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Henry and Evangeline; and his sister-in-law Prudence Meyer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
