He was predeceased by: his parents, Niles Westby and Patricia Westby. He is survived by: his brothers, Bryan (April) of Liberty Lake, WA and Clark of Woodbury, MN; his nieces, Claire and Corinne; and his aunt Kathy Holthe of West St. He is also survived by numerous cousins, friends.
