Gale left this world on October 4, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his mother Doris Lesher (White); his son David Ross Lesher; his parent Gale Sr. Lesher; his siblings, Patricia Furstenau, Duane Lesher and Barclay Lesher; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Jobe and Joe Martindale.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Maggie" Hjalmarson (Hjalmarson); his children, Kristin Westbrock (Mike), Michael Lesher (Alicia) and Daniel Lesher (Kelli Heroff); his grandchildren, Tristan, Alayna and Aubrey Lesher; his sister Ila Martindale; and his brother-in-law Ronald Furstenau. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church (920 Holley Ave, St Paul Park, MN 55071). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery (920 Holley Ave, St Paul Park, MN 55071).
