He was predeceased by: his former wife Barbara (Hiniker). He is survived by: his significant other Annette Potter (Annie); his daughters, Lindsay Guerrero (Raul) and Ashley Pelton (Jason); his grandchildren, Gabby, Greyson and Ryzen; and his sister Anntouza Sedjo (Jim) of Seattle, WA.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be directed to the Champagne Center for Brain Health or Avow Hospice Services.
