She is survived by: her children, Donna Lee Duerr (Gail), John Perkins (Donna) and Jerry Perkins; her grandchildren, Christopher Duerr (Gina), Jason Duerr (Adrian), Ashley Perkins and Kacie Youso (Jack); her great grandchildren, Stephen, Hanna (Will), Emmett, Gunnar and Margo; and her great great grandchild Hunter.
