He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Olivia Mazo, Julianne Nelson, Terence Johnson (Susan), Timothy Johnson and Elizabeth Diaz; his grandchildren, Kenneth, John Burdette (Stacy Northway), Jeffery Kokaisel, Rachel Lenzen (Joe), Michael Nelson (Bethany), Abbie, Katja Johnson and Madeleine Diaz; and his great grandchildren, Alex, Piper, Chase Burdette, Emelia, Wynston Lenzen and Robert Nelson.
