He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Malenke and Laura Malenke (Fear); his brother Darrel Malenke; and his brothers-in-law, Ronald Meron and Dennis Baerenwald.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Malenke of Worthington, MN; and his sisters, Marcella Wing (Larry) of Oldsmar, FL and Janice Meron of Forest Lake, MN. He is also survived by nephews, nieces.
