He is survived by: his children, Mark Boltjes, Dallas Boltjes, Todd Boltjes and Tamara "Tammy" Hoeferlin; his wife Esther "Essie" Lambert; his grandchildren, Josh Benson, Jesse Boltjes and Curtis Boltjes; his great grandchildren, Parker Benson and Laney Benson; and his siblings, Frances (Jerome Erpelding), Jeriena (Harm Bartholomaus), William, Hattie (Ben Haken), Herman, Grace (Wiard Schroeder), Harm, Mary (Raymond Buus), Art, Minnie (George Hinrichs), Henry, Gertrude (Alvin Berning) and Georgia (Elmer Tiesler). He is also survived by five stepchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
