She was predeceased by: her husband Durland "Turtle"; and her grandsons-in-law, Jason Sanchez and Joseph Sanow. She is survived by: her children, Steve Carlberg (Dana), Dureen Carlberg, Sharon Hemmen (Eldon), Pamela McKenzie (Kevin), Kristine Tripp (Timothy) and Marcia Kleve (Rick); her sister Ellen; and her sister-in-law Mildred. She is also survived by twenty one grandchildren; thirty three great grandchildren with one on the way; three great great grandchildren.
