Marianne Behrens Obituary
We announce the death of Marianne Behrens (Worthington, Minnesota), who passed away on August 3, 2026, at the age of 94. Marianne will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Brinkman and Elsie Brinkman; her husband Dale C. Behrens; her sons, Craig and Jimmy; her siblings, Verna Lincoln (Jack) and Ivan Brinkman (Edith); and her in-laws, Mary Stelter (Rob), Shirley Gruis (Fred), Lorraine Duitsman (Bill) and Annette Poss (Les).
She is survived by: her sister Melba Shelby (Warren) of Fort Dodge, IA; her children, Jennifer Nelson (William) of Sioux Falls, SD and Jason (Paula) of Worthington; her grandchildren, Katrina Steenerson (Darin), Christopher Behrens, Natascha Beauchamp (Scott), Tatiana Semotiuk (Eli), Heather Hummel (Jacob) and Stephanie Hendricks (Kyle); her daughter-in-law Tamara Ristow (Neil); and her grandchildren-in-law, Glenn (Brianna) and Grace Arola (Jake). She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
