It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Raymond Louis Buchman of Worthington, Minnesota, born in Sibley, Iowa, who passed away on April 27, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though Raymond may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Raymond touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Buchman and Margaretha Buchman (Fischer); his sister LaVerna Jones; and his brother-in-law Dr. Howard Jones. He is survived by : his wife Karen Beck; his children, Bret (Paula) of Walnut Grove, MN, Carrie Adams (Dan) and Carla Buchman (Trent Schroeder); his sister-in-law Betty Burns; and his nephew Wade Buchman. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Lutheran Church (1200 4th Ave, Worthington, MN 56187). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
