He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Hallstrom (Olson) and Melvin Hallstrom; his wife Winora Kae Prins; his daughter Lorna Kae; and his siblings, Audrey Livingston and Larry Hallstrom.
He is survived by: his sister Kimberly Sankey (Bryant) of Rochester, MN; his sons, Scott (Donna) of Overland Park, KS, Todd of Worthington, MN and Jeff (Mary) of Eagan, MN; his grandchildren, Eric, Steven (Leah), Spencer, Nola (Ryan), Jack (Lauren) and Abby; and his great grandchild Chase.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the First Lutheran Church and the Sunset Hospice Cottage in Worthington.
