He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. and Frances; his sister Nancy Bear; his father-in-law Jerry Vandelac; and his brother-in-law John Vandelac.

He is survived by: his wife Julie; his sons, Brian Vandelac (Shannon) and Shawn (Molly); his grandchildren, Jaxon, Grace, Lilly, Claire, Luxlee and Simon; his siblings, Robin (Deb Carlson), Jay (Beth), Jody Amland (Mark) and Erin; his siblings-in-law, Jeanne, Jane and Jerry; and his close friend Dutchess. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
