It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arthur Nicky Asuma of Zim, Minnesota, who passed away on May 27, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Asuma and Wilma Asuma; and his brother Jim. He is survived by: his brothers, Bill Asuma (Judith) of Rhinelander, WI, Bob Asuma of Cherry, MN and John Asuma (Lynn) of Cherry, MN; his sister-in-law Arlene Asuma of East Bethel, MN; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda, Becky, Jackie, Matt, Jean, Andy, Ali, Teddy, Jessie, Jolene and Jay. He is also survived by 22 great nieces and nephews; and numerous extended family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith United Lutheran Church (8964 MN-37, Iron Junction, MN 55751). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
