She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Demmer and Arlene Demmer (Neu). She is survived by: her siblings, Jeff Demmer (Kay) of Elbow Lake, MN and Kris Anderson (Jim) of Minnetrista, MN; and her nieces and nephews, Katie Ricks (Shane) of Otsego, MN, Sarah Lingle (Norman) of Pierre, SD, Jeff Simpson (Sarah) of Brainerd, MN, John Simpson (Michelle) of East Bethel, MN, Ryan Demmer (CloEve) of Minnetrista, MN and Patrick Demmer of Otsego, MN. She is also survived by 15 great-nieces and great-nephews; and one great-great-niece and one great-great-nephew.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dare's Funeral Home (805 Main St NW, Elk River, MN 55330). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Debby's name are preferred to Restoring Lives Community Church, 12515 Fremont Ave, Zimmerman, MN 55398.
