He is survived by : his mother Inez Muellenbach (Burkhart); his wife Doreen Smith; his children, Eli Muellenbach (Kaley) of Duluth and Lee Muellenbach of Fargo, ND; his siblings, Pam Johnson of Zimmerman, Terri Jackson (Tim) of Princeton and Scott Muellenbach (Diane) of Zimmerman; and his nephews, Andrew, Alex, Matt and Jon. He is also survived by many other relatives and lifelong friends.
