He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Milam and Anne Milam (Bell). He is survived by: his wife Susan; his sons, Chris Milam (Lisa), Jerry Milam and Ben Milam; his grandson Elliot; and his siblings, Bert Milam (Cathy), Joe Milam, Rich Milam and Patti Milam.
