She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Groth and Dorthea Groth (Hinrichs); her husbands, Harley Banitt and William Heydmann (Bill); her sons, Bradley and Bruce Banitt; her children-in-law, Linda Banitt, Richard Egge and Norris Thomforde; and her siblings, Ervin, Clarence, Raymond, Vernon Groth, Hilda Smith and Adeline Banitt.
She is survived by: her children, JoAnn Egge of Cannon Falls, Brian Banitt (Marsha) of Rochester, Susie Thomforde of Goodhue and Diane Banitt (John) of Zumbrota; and her parents-in-law, Bruce Heydmann (Cherie) and Brenda Hovel of Zumbrota.
Memorials are preferred to Grace Lutheran church.
