He was predeceased by: his parents, John Buck and Rosalie Buck (Puppe); and his siblings, Luverne, Cyrus, Darold Buck and Ardell Flynn.
He is survived by: his children, Candice Trenda (Clancy) of Hastings, Terry Buck (Kelli) of Zumbrota and Renae Wolf (Joel) of Mankato; his grandchildren, Adam, Lindsey (Tyler), Nathan Trenda, Ashlen Kauffman (Travis), Kaitlen Ellingson (Spencer), Rianne Buck, Stacy Courrier (Jesse), Travis Robinson and Linnea Wolf; his close friend Dee Knutson; and his siblings, Berdell Gadient and Joan Moldenhauer. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ Lutheran Church (223 E 5th St, Zumbrota, MN 55992). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Zumbrota Cemetery.
